As a Loan Signing Agent, Empire Mobile Notary works within the jurisdiction of New York State, to ensure your loan signing/closing goes smoothly.  Loan signings occur in New York State and in specific areas. This process includes obtaining formal signatures, ensuring proper IDs are reviewed, and signatures appear in ALL the proper places so your loan papers are not held up. Finally, original loan documents are transferred per the instructions of the financial institution on your (the borrower) behalf.

Notary Public services are brought to your location at an agreed upon time.  We discuss what documents are to be notarized in advance, fees and necessary forms. You can be assured your documents will be notarized with accuracy. Empire Mobile Notary travels to residences, business offices, hospitals, public conference centers, or even your local public library to get the job done! Current (non-expired) ID's are carefully checked for each party on-site for the notary process. Your location and documents information will be entered into the Notary Public Log Book. All notaries must be in-person, and in the State of New York.

Empire Mobile Notary (EMN) provides the convenience of coming to YOU for your notary and loan signing needs! During times where people have multiple jobs and busy lives, CONVENIENCE is a premium that YOU need! 

EMN will schedule an appointment at a date and time suitable 'after business hours'. That's right! You no longer need to skip work or leave work early, hire a baby sitter, speed through rush-hour traffic or feel stress to "get there" before the bank/law office, etc. closes! EMN comes to you! We may decide on a public place or your residence. The choice is YOURS!

Empire Mobile Notary provides the flexibility and "Can Do" attitude, without sacrificing the customer service you deserve. Our Goal is to provide the correct Notary Public Services at YOUR location. Care is taken to provide prompt, courteous service with a high-level  of professionalism and confidentiality during notarial transactions. It is understood that "last-minute" things happen, so appointments are held to ensure first-come, first serve, given 24-hour notice. Same day service may come at a premium.

Need your document shipped overnight? EMN will take your document to UPS, FedEx, USPS or shipper of your choice, and provide proof of shipping and tracking information!

Empire Mobile Notary is authorized to administer Oaths, Affirmations,  take Affidavits and Depositions,  also to receive and certify a Certificate of Acknowledgment or an Acknowledgment by Corporation,  proof of deeds, mortgages and powers of attorney,  Bills of Sale, and other instruments in writing.  Your documents will be reviewed for signature lines, witnessed by the NP, stamped and sealed!

 When gaining access to  

unpaid rental of a safe deposit box or the termination of its lease,  given at least proper 30 days notice to the lessee,  EMN

can assist you by witnessing the opening of a Safe Deposit Box. Individuals or businesses may involve bank officials, estate or personal attorneys, i files a certificate under seal with the lessor stating the 

of the opening of the safe deposit box, the name of the lessee, and a list of the contents of the box.

When clients bring documents to be notarized, they can take comfort in knowing the integrity of their signing will never be divulged. A record of the transaction is recorded in a singular Official Notary Journal. This information is never shared unless required to do so by a client's attorney. Empire Mobile Notary follows the ethical practices of  The Notary Public Code of Professional Responsibility published by the NNA (National Notary 

Association) in that, unauthorized access to the Official Notary Journal will be denied in order to preserve client confidentiality [Article B: Public Inspection;  VIII-B-1: Limiting Access to Journal].

Based on the New York State Law, Notaries Public may not notarize or issue  certified copies, Apostilles, publicly recorded documents (i.e. birth certificate, marriage certificate, bankruptcy discharge, divorce decree, wills, etc.),  copies of documents. EMN cannot engage directly or indirectly in the practice of law, nor draw any legal papers of any kind, prepare any   deeds, mortgages, assignments, discharges, leases or any other instruments affecting real estate, wills, codicils.  Notaries must not certify to the authenticity of legal documents and other papers required to be filed with foreign consular officers. New York notaries have no authority to issue certified copies.  EMN may not advise on which forms to use or provide answers on loan documents that lawyers  do.
