During these difficult times where we are amid the COVID-19 pandemic, we are forced to make adjustments in our basic lifestyles and in how we conduct business. As such, notarizing your sensitive documents has become a tricky, yet possible job. I am committed to maintaining compliance for the safety and health of clients. That includes adhering to State and Federal laws in relation to the taking safety measures for COVID-19. We pride ourselves in following the latest information and CDC guidelines.
Measures Include:
- Following Executive Order 202.7 relating to notarial acts and virtual signings
- Ensuring each signer arrives with their own pen
- Carrying a bottle of hand sanitizer to disinfect my hands and covering my face to eliminate transmitting or receiving respiration.
- Ensuring proper spacing is maintained between myself and all signers for the duration of the appointment.
- Notary signings may be conducted outdoors, weather permitting .
- Not attending signings if other signers (or me) feel/exhibit any symptoms
- Discussing these protocols prior to signings. YOUR health is OUR priority!
